Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to maintain and oversee payroll corrections, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across client accounts. This role emphasizes detail-oriented work, data integrity, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.

You will monitor queues, audit corrections, process adjustments, and support stakeholders, while balancing priorities in a fast-growing payroll environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay
