BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to maintain and oversee the payroll corrections process. The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, timely delivery, and strong collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate payroll operations.

You will monitor correction queues, audit changes, and support clients through Service Cloud, contributing to compliant payroll processing and efficient issue resolution in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue.
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries as needed.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage collection/refund of tax corrections.
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay.
