BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to ensure accurate payroll corrections, timely processing, and effective client support in a remote-capable role. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and data integrity across payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue and respond to inquiries in Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries when needed.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage collection/refund of any tax corrections.
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and ensure timely corrections.
