Job summary

BambooHR in the United States is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to maintain and oversee our payroll corrections process. You will apply attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate, timely corrections that keep payroll compliant.

You’ll monitor queues, communicate with clients via Service Cloud, audit and resolve issues, process adjustments and YTD entries, and support internal teams.

Qualifications

• Payroll-related experience with accuracy and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay
