BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to help maintain accurate payroll processes and timely corrections for our clients. You will work cross-functionally to audit corrections, respond to inquiries in Service Cloud, and ensure tax adjustments are handled correctly.

Qualifications

• Must have payroll-related experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize duties.
• Experience using Service Cloud for client inquiries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay
