Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue and prioritize tasks.
• Manage client expectations and inquiries in Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• ProcessVoids/Adjustments and create YTD entries when needed.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendments.
• Manage collection/refund of tax corrections.
• Handle Third Party Sick pay processing and related tasks.
