BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to maintain and oversee its payroll corrections process. You will monitor queues, audit corrections, and support clients and internal teams to ensure accurate payroll data and timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue and manage client inquiries in Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections to ensure accuracy.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams; assist with Voids/Adjustments and YTD entries.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing; manage tax corrections and Third Party Sick pay.
