Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue and manage client inquiries.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections, processing adjustments.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage tax corrections collection/refunds and third party sick pay.
