BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to oversee the payroll corrections workflow with precision and timely delivery. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining strong organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue and triage requests.
• Manage client inquiries within Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and research payroll corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries when needed.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage collection/refund of any tax corrections.
• Handle Third Party Sick pay processing and compliance.
