IG US Holdings in Chicago, IL is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support the Payroll Manager with accurate, timely payroll administration using Paylocity. The role requires handling confidential data, processing biweekly/semi-monthly payrolls, and ensuring legal compliance across federal, state, and local wage laws.

You will verify timekeeping, manage payroll changes, reconcile reports, and assist with year-end tasks. This is an in-person position based in Chicago three days per week.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of payroll, accounting, finance, or administrative experience
• Experience using Paylocity or a similar payroll/HRIS system
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting
• Experience handling confidential employee information with professionalism

Mansioni

• Collect, review, and verify employee timekeeping records to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Review timecards for completeness and accuracy, following up with managers and employees to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with processing biweekly or semi-monthly payrolls using Paylocity
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments as directed
• Process employee payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, direct deposit updates, and tax elections
• Prepare year-end payroll documentation, including W-2 processing and payroll tax support
