IG US Holdings, the payroll-focused arm supporting tastytrade in Chicago, seeks a Payroll Coordinator to assist with accurate payroll administration using Paylocity. You’ll collect data, verify records, process transactions, and support benefit deductions while upholding confidentiality.

You’ll work with Payroll Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting. In-person role based in Chicago, IL, with 3 days on-site each week.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree required, bachelor preferred.
• 1–3 years payroll, accounting, finance, or admin experience.
• Experience using Paylocity or similar HRIS system.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Collect, verify, and process timekeeping for payroll processing.
• Review timecards and resolve discrepancies with managers/employees.
• Process biweekly or semi-monthly payrolls using Paylocity.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and other adjustments.
• Handle changes, tax withholdings, and deductions; reconcile payrolls.
• Prepare year-end payroll docs (W-2) and assist audits.
