Job summary

SCP Post Acute Services, LLC is hiring an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist for a full-time hybrid role in Chicago, IL. The position covers vendor invoicing, expense processing, and payroll across the company, with emphasis on accuracy and timely payments.

You will manage Ramp and Paylocity systems, handle multi-state payroll and W-2s, and collaborate with HR for process improvements while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll and accounts payable processing experience.
• Payroll tax filing knowledge – Federal, state, local and unemployment.
• Multistate payroll and W-2 experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment runs (ACH/check/card).
• Serve as the business owner of Ramp AP system and Sage Intacct interface.
• Maintain vendor/provider records and respond to inquiries.
• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll using Paylocity.
• Prepare and issue W-2s and payroll reports; support audits and year-end close.
