The ideal candidate has CPP certification, 5+ years of payroll leadership, and hands-on Paylocity experience, with multi-state payroll expertise and strong analytical

Qualifications

• CPP certification required.
• Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees.
• Experience with payroll audits and compliance reviews.
• Familiarity with integrated HRIS and time-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll process for hourly, salaried, exempt, and non-exempt employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of regular payrolls, off-cycle payments, bonuses, commissions, and adjustments.
• Administer and validate payroll calculations including FLSA blended overtime rates.
• Serve as Paylocity system administrator including configuration, maintenance, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Develop payroll procedures, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and analytics for management.
• Stay current with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
