• Excel proficiency for data checks and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly payroll lifecycle for 3,000+ multi-state employees with high accuracy.
• Manage onboarding, terminations, and rate updates in the HRIS.
• Maintain withholding forms, direct deposit routing, and state/federal documentation.
