Job summary

You will verify time entries, handle new hire onboarding, check distribution, and respond to payroll inquiries with professional, timely support. Proficiency with Timberline/CMiC and Davis Bacon Act knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of payroll/finance related experience.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and payroll procedures.
• Proficient in Timberline and CMiC; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with certified payroll and Davis Bacon Act preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Verify timesheets and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate check distribution and onboarding.
• Support payroll compliance and respond to inquiries.
• Enter new hires and submit certified payroll as required.
