Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, workforce administration, or related administrative experience.
• Experience processing employee timekeeping and payroll.
• Union and non‑union payroll experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high‑volume data entry.

Responsibilities

• Entering and maintaining accurate field employee time records.
• Processing high-volume payroll‑related data.
• Supporting weekly payroll activities for union and non‑union craft employees.
• Supporting Prevailing Wage/Davis‑Bacon administration by reviewing labor classifications and pay requirements.
• Reviewing weekly payroll edit listings and control reports for accuracy.
• Reconciling payroll and workforce data.
• Entering and maintaining equipment job cost information.
• Maintaining project payroll documentation and supporting year‑end audits.
• Managing the Daily inbox and payroll‑related requests.
• After establishing a foundation, expand into broader Project Operations support: project setup, Davis‑Bacon/Prevailing Wage setup, vendor onboarding, and labor compliance.
