Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Payroll Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract position that could extend in San Rafael, CA. This is for a transportation and logistics company with an excellent reputation.

Responsibilities:

• The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for executing all elements of payroll processing and reporting; handles processing for multiple employer entities including multi-state union and non-union payrolls with varying pay frequencies.
• Perform full-cycle processing, data entry, validation, reconciliation, and auditing for all assigned payrolls using an integrated HRIS/Payroll system.
• Enter, validate, and process employee time and attendance records.
• Process authorized data changes timely and accurately with required supporting documentation. Confirm transactions conform to company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable statutes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prefers prior UKG and/or MyTime experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (HSED) required
• 2+ recent years of payroll processing experience required
• Experience processing union and multi-state payrolls preferred
