You will oversee payroll operations, analyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, and serve as the lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits

• Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs
• Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems
