Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding our Human Resources team and seeking a Payroll and Compensation Specialist with Workday experience for a newly created position. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week.

The position entails overseeing payroll operations, analyzing compensation data, and leading Workday/ADP systems to design competitive programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll processing experience.
• Experience in compensation analysis and reporting.
• Strong numerical and accounting skills.
• Proficient with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy in deductions and tax compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits.
• Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decisions.
• Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs.
• Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems.
