Job summary

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding its Human Resources team and seeking a Payroll and Compensation Specialist for a newly created role. This hybrid position requires on-site presence three days per week.

You will oversee payroll operations, maintain records, analyze compensation data, and conduct market benchmarking to support competitive programs. The role also leads Workday and ADP SmartCompliance implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysis.
• Strong numerical and accounting skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits.
• Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs.
• Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems.
