Job summary

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC seeks a Payroll and Compensation Specialist to join our HR team in a hybrid role with three on-site days per week. You will oversee payroll operations, maintain records, and conduct audits while analyzing compensation data for strategic insights.

The role also involves market benchmarking and driving competitive programs. You will act as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance, ensuring compliant, competitive payroll and rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll processing experience and compensation analysis.
• Strong numerical and accounting skills.
• Proficient with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (Excel).
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and tax compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits.
• Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for decision-making.
• Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs.
• Lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems.
