G-III Apparel Group is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our Finance, Payroll team on-site in Manhattan. You will support weekly and biweekly payroll processing, time and attendance, and respond to employee inquiries with discretion.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in payroll, timekeeping, or related administrative work.
• Experience with ADP Lyric or similar payroll system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls using ADP Lyric.
• Review timecards for accuracy and adjust as needed.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Process time-off requests per policy.
• Respond to routine payroll inquiries professionally.
• Perform payroll data entry and maintain records.
• Review payroll information for discrepancies and follow up.
• Organize payroll documents and filing systems.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
