Job summary

RedLion Mobile in Plainview, NY, seeks a highly organized HR & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll and day-to-day HR operations for a fast-paced multi-location retail organization. This hands-on role manages payroll data, employee records, onboarding, benefits support, leave administration, and coordinating recruiting while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience and advanced Excel skills, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business preferred or equivalent HR and payroll experience.
Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables expected.

Responsibilities

Support accurate payroll processing across multiple retail locations using ADP Workforce Now.
Maintain HRIS records and respond to pay, deductions, timekeeping, and PTO questions.
Coordinate onboarding, employment documentation, leaves (FMLA, disability), and benefits-related changes.
Post and track open positions in Workable ATS; coordinate background checks, offers, onboarding, and start dates.
