Gildan in the United States is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple business units, using ADP/Dayforce with emphasis on accuracy of time punches and deductions. You will coordinate pay-rate changes with HR and prepare payroll journals for JDE/E1.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to work with auditors, and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma with minimum 5 years relevant payroll experience or university degree.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, garnishments and deductions.
• Experience with ADP/Dayforce and ERP/HRIS systems.

Mansioni

• Process payroll for Charleston and Jacksonville on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure accurate input of garnishments, vacations and deductions for import into systems.
• Create payroll journal entries and coordinate with HR and finance teams.
• Support monthly financial reporting and payroll audits as needed.
