What You’ll Do as Part Time Payroll Clerk:

• Process payroll efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify timesheets and prepare payroll invoices in QuickBooks.
• Assist with payroll submission and employee reactivation in Paylocity.
• Manage onboarding and updates for new hires.
• Provide top-tier customer service to employees and clients.

What We’re Looking for in our Part Time Payroll Clerk:: ️ 2+ years of payroll experience (third-party processor experience preferred). ️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and QuickBooks. ️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ️ Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently. ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ️ Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office.
