Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Payroll & Billing Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee daily payroll and billing operations for a major client. You will ensure accurate time capture, reconciliation, and on-time pay, while maintaining the master schedule and coordinating with operations to meet client requirements.

The role requires strong problem-solving, empathy in pay discussions, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and Branch/Account Management to align payroll with billing and labor budgets.

Qualifications

• 4 years of payroll and billing experience required.
• Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll/billing systems.
• Strong data input, reconciliation, and verification skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll input and reconciliation for a large client account.
• Update and maintain master schedule reflecting staffing and client needs.
• Verify timesheets and correct discrepancies before payroll processing.
• Prepare and review billing data to ensure accuracy with contracts.
• Research pay discrepancies with employees and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with Branch/Account Manager, HR and Finance to align payroll and budgeted labor.
• Monitor reports on labor, overtime, and billing to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and wage-and-hour laws; maintain records.
