You will collaborate with Security Supervisors on priorities, coordinate staffing, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem resolution and service improvements.

The role supports growth through service enhancements, expansion, and coordination of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage security services and related operations for a group of smaller accounts.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training to meet site needs.
• Develop post orders and support service enhancements and expansion.
• Contribute to new business development where appropriate.
