Qualifications

• Minimum one year of billing experience.
• Proficient in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF).
• Strong accuracy and self-checking in work.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Clear spoken and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run bill runs, manual invoices and credit notes for various products.
• Complete controls checklists including SOX for relevant bill runs.
• Ensure monthly checklist timelines are achieved or exceeded.
• Respond to client and internal requests via Siebel and email within agreed timescales.
• Assist team leader with projects and ad hoc requests.
• Update process documentation monthly for changes.
• Escalate concerns to the team leader promptly.
• Support other team members and answer telephone inquiries promptly.
