Job summary

ADP is seeking a Billing Analyst in Atlanta, GA to ensure client master data is accurately maintained across ADP systems and to respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner. You will prepare and run bill runs, create manual invoices and credit notes for all products, and support month-end tasks while adhering to SOX controls and process documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and clear communication to meet deadlines and service

Qualifications

• Billing experience of at least 1 year.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, IF, SUMIF).
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Able to work in a team or autonomously.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run bill runs, manual invoices and credit notes.
• Complete SOX controls for bill runs.
• Meet monthly deadlines for the checklist and month-end tasks.
• Respond to client and internal requests via Siebel and billing email.
• Support the team leader with projects and ad hoc tasks.
• Update process documentation monthly.
• Escalate issues to the team leader promptly.
• Assist other team members and answer the phone promptly.
