Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute bill runs, manual invoices and credit notes for ADP products.
• Complete all controls checklists including SOX for relevant bill runs.
• Meet monthly deadlines and Month-End tasks.
• Respond to clients and internal requests via Siebel and shared Billing inbox.
• Assist the team leader with projects and ad hoc requests.
• Update process documentation monthly for changes.
• Escalate concerns to the team leader promptly.
• Support other team members.
• Ensure telephone coverage is prompt and professional.
