Qualifications

• 4 years of payroll and billing experience.
• Experience with timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll/billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payroll input and reconciliation for a large client.
• Maintain master schedule reflecting staffing and client needs; coordinate with operations.
• Verify timesheets against the schedule; correct discrepancies before payroll/billing.
• Prepare and review billing data for accurate invoices and client contract alignment.
• Research pay discrepancies with employees with empathy.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align payroll and budgeting.
• Monitor labor, overtime, and billing reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain compliant payroll and billing records with discretion.
