Job summary

Securitas Technology, a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions, seeks a Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and accurate weekly/biweekly payroll, maintain employee files, process changes, and support HR initiatives.

Preferred candidates have 2–4 years of payroll experience with union payroll knowledge, ADP Time and Attendance and Workforce Now familiarity, and an associate degree. Strong confidentiality and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll experience with union payroll knowledge.
• Associate degree or post-secondary education with focus in HR/payroll is preferred.
• Experience with ADP Time and Attendance and Workforce Now is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee database and payroll records.
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to employee pay inquiries.
• Manage garnishments, 401k, and other deductions.
• Support HRIS module development and maintenance.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
