• HRIS data management: keep payroll and employee data current.
• Tax and benefits: maintain payroll tax registrations and handle benefit data.
• Reporting: prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Compliance: monitor regulatory requirements and ensure adherence.
• Employee inquiries: serve as primary resource for payroll and timekeeping questions.
• Reconciliation: reconcile payroll accounts with Accounting.
• Assist with audits and provide requested documentation.
