Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, accounting support, or an administrative role preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Experience with reconciliations, payment posting, or other basic accounting functions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and post payroll-related benefit contributions, including health, pension, and 401(k) plans.
• Perform data entry, audits, reconciliations, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy.
• Review eligibility for health plan coverage and process premium payments.
• Support accident claim administration by preparing and tracking required documentation.
• Assist with reporting, research, and special projects using Microsoft Excel.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
