Job summary

The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will own payroll processing and employee benefits administration, collaborating with the HR team to ensure accurate pay, compliant benefits, and a smooth multi-location experience for staff.

Required: 2+ years in payroll and benefits, Paylocity experience preferred, strong data handling, and excellent communication. Salary range $58-62k and full-time role in Florida.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance basics (ACA, COBRA).
• High attention to detail and comfort with sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing and batch runs in Paylocity.
• Own open enrollment planning and benefits communications.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and reconcile invoices.
• Provide quarterly benefits updates to leadership and support HR compliance initiatives.
