Job summary

US Eye in Florida is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee the accurate, timely processing of payroll for a large multi-site medical practice. You will manage payroll operations, audits, timekeeping, and reports while partnering with HR, finance, and operations to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience in accounting/HR.
• Minimum five years progressive payroll experience in a multi-site healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, tax coordination, and year-end processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate, timely processing of regular and special payrolls.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met and data is complete and accurate.
• Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits and reconcile payroll records.
• Manage timekeeping systems, attendance, and related processes.
• Coordinate payroll tax filings and year-end activities (W-2s, etc.).
• Lead payroll team and provide coaching and development.
• Support acquisitions, new locations, and integrations.
