Midway Specialty Care Center is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to coordinate payroll administration across two entities with 160+ employees and manage benefits programs. You will process changes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with People Operations, Finance, and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll administration, benefits experience preferred, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Payroll Administration across two entities (160+ employees).
• Review changes, deductions, time records, and data prior to processing.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain payroll information in applicable systems.
• Coordinate payroll-related changes with People Operations.
• Support payroll adjustments and final pay processing.
• Maintain payroll records and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments and life events.
• Support annual benefits open enrollment and communications.
• Serve as a resource for routine benefit questions.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and partners.
• Maintain accurate benefit elections and information.
• Reconcile payroll and benefits data; investigate discrepancies.
• Support leave and accommodation processes related to payroll & benefits.
• Own payroll and benefits activities across the employee lifecycle.
