Job summary

LCPtracker, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our New Braunfels, TX office. You will manage bi-weekly payroll, benefit administration, and HR compliance while safeguarding confidential data.

You will collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting, support year-end activities, and participate in HR initiatives including onboarding and employee communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of payroll administration experience.
• Three (3) years of HR/payroll/benefits admin experience.
• Experience processing payroll for 200+ employees.
• Working knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer employee benefit programs and enrollments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; prepare reports.
• Assist with HR projects, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
