LCPtracker, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team at our New Braunfels, TX office. You will manage bi-weekly payroll, benefit administration, and HR compliance while safeguarding confidential data.

You will collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting, support year-end activities, and participate in HR initiatives including onboarding and employee communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of payroll administration experience.
  • Three (3) years of HR/payroll/benefits admin experience.
  • Experience processing payroll for 200+ employees.
  • Working knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Administer employee benefit programs and enrollments.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; prepare reports.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and supporting the administration of employee benefits programs. The Payroll & Benefits Administrator serves as a key resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and related compliance matters while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.This position works closely with Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting to ensure payroll and benefits processes are administered efficiently and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, is expected. Based on the candidate and /or position, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; however, a minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office is required to support executive collaboration, leadership presence, and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.TravelThere is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.Salary RangeThis is an hourly paid position. The hourly rate is between $29.00 - $33.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
