Job summary

Ripley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Ripley, TN, seeks a Payroll Benefits Coordinator (PBC) to manage payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. The role includes daily, weekly, or bi-weekly pay options through UKG Wallet and collaboration with HR and finance teams.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, leaves, and employee engagement while maintaining accurate HRIS records and supporting benefits programs.

Qualifications

Two years’ experience in payroll or human resources preferably in Long-term care.
Knowledge of UKG payroll and onboarding preferred.
Proficiency with payroll and bookkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

Process payroll in adherence with federal/state/facility/regional pay guidelines.
Ensure pay practices are documented and merit increases are timely.
Handle FMLA and other leave administration.
Oversee recruitment, interviews, orientation and onboarding of new staff.
Support employee engagement activities.
Post required state and federal posters where applicable.
Maintain accurate HRIS data including SSN, job title, and FLSA status.
Audit time and attendance reports for accuracy and completeness.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
