Ripley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to process payroll, administer benefits, and support HR initiatives for our long-term care residents. The role requires handling confidential information and partnering with cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding activities to ensure compliant and timely compensation and employee support.

Qualifications

• Two years' payroll or HR experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Knowledge of multifaceted payroll processes and privacy requirements.
• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately according to governing guidelines.
• Maintain pay records, monitor merit increases and program eligibility.
• Manage FMLA and other leave administration.
• Oversee WC administration.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding for new staff.
• Support employee engagement activities and ensure HR posters are visible.
• Verify HRIS data accuracy and update employee records.
• Review time and attendance reports for accuracy.
