The role involves managing payroll administration, benefits programs, HR systems, and employee data, while collaborating with employees, leadership, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has at least 6+ years in payroll/benefits and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong accuracy, independence, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, HR operation management related functions.
• Bachelor's degree and/or combination of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll practices, employee benefits programs, and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll activities and help ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding pay, benefits, and related inquiries.
• Coordinate benefits-related activities and assist with employee enrollment and plan administration.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to help resolve payroll and benefits issues.
• Maintain accurate employee information and support HR data management efforts.
• Prepare reports, track metrics, and assist with reconciliation and auditing activities.
• Support compliance-related requirements and documentation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to special projects and operational initiatives as needed.
