Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager for a contract role south of Seattle. You will lead payroll operations, domestically and internationally, and manage a team of payroll professionals during a period of transformation.

This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to drive process improvements, payroll tax compliance, and benefits administration while partnering with HR, Finance, and executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience including management
• Experience processing and overseeing multi-state payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, benefits administration, and compliance
• ADP experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Leading payroll operations, domestic and international
• Managing a team of payroll professionals
• Overseeing benefits administration and vendor relationships
• Driving payroll system enhancements and process improvements
• Supporting payroll tax compliance and regulatory requirements
• Partnering with HR, Finance, and executive leadership
• Improving controls, procedures, and reporting capabilities
• Assisting with various special projects and organizational initiatives
