Job summary

LHH is partnering with a large privately held company in Seattle to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist comfortable handling multiple layers of pay incentives. The role is 4 days in office with Fridays work from home and uses ADP WorkForce Now for payroll processing.

The position reports to the VP of HR and is an individual contributor. The compensation ranges from $110k to $130k and includes strong benefits, 401k match and an ORCA pass.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or MIS.
• Minimum 5+ years processing multistate payroll.
• Experience handling multiple layers of pay incentives.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and administration across multiple states.
• HRIS administration and payroll related data governance.
• Communicate payroll and benefits details with employees.

Compensation

$110k to $130k

• 15 days PTO

Team Description

an HR Manager, a VP of HR and two Payroll Specialists who are responsible for processing payroll for other business units.

Hours/Schedule

9am to 5pm with flexibility.

Learning all of the layers of pay incentives

This job:

• 50% Payroll Processing
• 20% HRIS Administration

We are looking for:

• Experience handling multiple layers of pay incentives
• ADP Work Force Now
• Comfortable communicating directly with employees regarding payroll and benefits

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or Management Information Systems.
• ADP Workforce Now
• 5+ years processing multistate payroll
