Job summary

You will collaborate with the HR Director, leverage HRIS tools (Paylocity preferred), handle leave administration (FMLA), and support open enrollment while driving payroll improvements.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing across multi-state environments.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with benefits broker.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA and compliance.
• Serve as internal payroll/benefits resource for staff.
• Support open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Identify payroll discrepancies and drive process improvements via HRIS.
