Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience with exposure to HR functions preferred.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms, preferably ADP.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states.
• Administer garnishments, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Support onboarding, employment offers, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Assist with ADP HRIS enhancements and system-related projects.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring payroll and HR compliance.
