Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in an HR Coordinator or Specialist role with payroll and benefits focus.
• High integrity and confidentiality; ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Proven track record of contributing to continuous improvement projects and organizational transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent data-entry and attention to detail; follow defined processes.

• Ability to travel nationwide when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit bi-weekly payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health, welfare, 401(k), and LOA processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support preparation of workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, turnover, compensation, leave, benefits, and regulatory reporting; reconcile data with internal teams and providers.
• Support annual open enrollment, year-end payroll activities, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, and the employee experience through automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain an active presence across the organization, communicating clearly to support teams.
