Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including health, welfare, 401(k), and LOA processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits questions from employees.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, turnover, and benefits.
