MediLodge of Clare is seeking a Payroll, Human Resources professional with long-term care experience to manage payroll administration and related HR tasks. The role supports accurate pay practices and compliance within a skilled nursing facility environment.

Competenze

• Two years’ experience in payroll or human resources.
• High school diploma or equivalent, college level courses in accounting or business preferred.

Mansioni

• Process payroll in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• Ensure pay practices are documented and merit increases tracked.
• Coordinate PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) when applicable.
• Post state and federal posters as required by law.
