Job summary

MediLodge of Farmington is seeking a Payroll Benefits Coordinator to manage payroll administration for the facility and ensure accurate, compliant processing of compensation and benefits.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with accounting/business coursework, and at least two years in payroll or HR. Strong computer skills, confidentiality, and clear communication are essential for serving residents, families, and teammates.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in payroll or human resources.
• Knowledge of computerized payroll and bookkeeping systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll in adherence with federal/state/facility/regional pay guidelines.
• Ensure pay practices are documented and merit increases are timely.
• Coordinate PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process.
• Post state and federal posters in appropriate locations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS employee information (SSN, job title, FLSA status).
• Review time and attendance reports for accuracy and completeness; make corrections as needed.
• Serve as a backup to SDC for WOTC compliance and HR Coordinator as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
